Call to schedule a phone intake appointment or schedule one online.

Step 3:

Verify insurance – Upon receipt of insurance card copy, our care navigator will verify insurance coverage and notify you of any copays or deductibles.

Step 4:

Zoom call to verify secure connection. Our care navigators will reach out to schedule a Zoom check

Step 5:

Schedule appointment with psychiatrist and/or therapist

Step 6:

Visit our Athena portal for EMR and questions.
